ক্রেতা পণ্য অর্ডার করার সময় সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট আমাদের সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করবেন।
পেমেন্ট সুরক্ষিত থাকবে যতক্ষণ না ক্রেতা পণ্য বুঝে পাচ্ছেন।
২. পেমেন্ট রিলিজ ও নিরাপত্তা
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ক্রেতা অবশ্যই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে QR Code স্ক্যান করবেন।
ক্রেতা QR স্ক্যান করলে তবেই বিক্রেতার মূল ব্যালেন্সে টাকা জমা হবে।
সতর্কতা: QR স্ক্যান সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড বা অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
৩. পণ্য ও মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ
বিক্রেতা তার পণ্যের গুণগত মান ও অবস্থার সঠিক বর্ণনা দিতে বাধ্য। ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে নিষিদ্ধ করা হবে।
পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমে রিপোর্ট করুন।

Buyers must pay the full amount via our system before delivery.
Your payment remains secure in our escrow system until the transaction is complete.
2. Payment Release
Upon receiving the product, the buyer must verify by scanning the QR code via the app.
Payment is released to the seller’s balance only after the QR scan is successful.
Warning: No refund requests are valid once the QR code is verified.
3. Product Quality
